MSS01靠輪砂帶磨床

1、 砂帶磨削是高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的砂帶以一定的壓力與工作表面相接觸，產(chǎn)生相對摩擦，從而對工作進(jìn)行磨削加工，廣泛應(yīng)用于金屬、有色金屬和非金屬制成的多種零件的表面磨削。
2、 可以一次完成從毛坯到半精加工甚至精加工的全部工藝過程，是應(yīng)用極為廣泛的新興加工工藝。具有高速、高效、（比普通砂輪機(jī)提高工效6-15倍）安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)（比普通砂輪機(jī)節(jié)約三分之二的損耗），該機(jī)具有廣泛的使用價(jià)值，在國外被公認(rèn)為第二代新產(chǎn)品，是替代砂輪機(jī)和拋光盤的理想產(chǎn)品。本廠可負(fù)責(zé)長期提供多種不同規(guī)格的砂帶及易損部件。

1、 Method of sand-band grinding: the sand-band of high-speed turning make contact with the surface of workpiece in certain pressure to produce the relative friction for workpiece-grinding processing,It is suitable for the surface-grinding of different spare madeby metal,nonferrous metal&nonmetal materials.
2、 It is a new processing technology applicable widely for the whole processing course from the semi-finish machining of blank even to the finish machining,featuring the echaracteristics of high speed& efficiency (increasing the work ekkiniency 6-15 times compared with the general grinder),security and economy (saving the one –third ,friction loss compared with the general grinder ).It is the second generationg of the same products acknowledged internationally,and is an ideal product to responsible for supply the sand-band in different specificationgs &the wearing parts perennially.
